Well, I'm traveling for 2.5 months with no access to gyms, so what are some good exercises that I can do in my room. No gym, no equipment no nothing! haha, let me know what are some good exercises that you know of. All I gots are some pushups and situps! Help a brotha out yo!:thumbsup:

calf raises for one.
if you are into cardio go run outside.
run uphill to increase acceleration.
wall sits.

Do all the work when fucking. Creative positions allowing deeper thrusts will make the workout tougher. Control when you come to and end Ron Jeremy style. A 5 min workout is pretty useless.

Here's a great full body workout that I invented (sort of:rolleyes: ) that's awesome for someone travelling, or in your position with no access to anything:

Buy a resistance band if you can to add challenge to the squats and calf raises.

Other exercises you can do:
- lunges
- leg raises
- hip raises (lie on back with knees bent and lift up pelvis)
- dips between a dresser and a table

Take the stairs wherever you go. Both directions.

Can also do the bridge (I think that's what you called), where you hold yourself up in the push up position with your elbows. Can also do the same thing on each side.

I don't see how a 1 minute workout of me fucking is gonna show me the results that I'm shooting for...well, I guess if I'm looking to be a sprinter!:thumbsup: :rofl:
