I was browsing on importconcern and was looking at one of the Silvias they had on the site. One of the Silvia that was up for sale had a listing of features and I'm not too sure what it means. It said that the silvia didn't have HICAS... what is that?

HICAS=CRAP

If it doesn't have it, consider it good thing. Tomei also makes a kit to eliminate it.

As far as I was aware, the HICAS mechanism was heavy, and the track gains from it weren't anything substantial.
