there's TONNES of grow ops.. we get tonnes of landlords that come in to repair it back to good condition... sometimes it could take 20grand for them to repair. sometimes, a house just has to get demolished because it's so bad.

but once a grow opp, Im sure it has to be stated somewhere such as title before it can be sold. it should be a condition of the sale.

I'd be ticked if I bought a house that used to be a grow op. No matter how they fix it, there's still a possibility it'll come back, unless they rip out everything!

It'd be like buying moldy bread sold as new, or selling a salvaged car without disclosing it's been in any accidents.

Some of these homes have since been sold. Most of them are either waiting for their inspections. Its a good lengthy process, the mortgages would have been foreclosed on so its up to the financial institution and/or Court of Queen's Bench to either sell them (if they pass inspection) or have them demolished. Until they pass their inspections, they are basically condemned.

I have seen a number of these homes prior to their use as a grow operation. I had a brief look into the history on some of them, and their definitely is a few Realtor's who's names keep popping up... its always nice to know who to avoid :)

Anywho, it is funny because that grow op was across from my house for a year or so, and i called the police multiple times and they did fuck all... The other joke that our brillian prince "DJ Dumbass" didn't get was the obvious pun of the HOUSE NUMBER - namely 420, police regulation code in California for possesion.
