My mother just purchased a 2001 Honda Accord that had a Command Start installed. There is a sticker under the hood (warning mechanics to disable the switch) and a switch under her steering wheel. There's a 4 button remote (FCC ID: OARTXAM2000) and an antenna that doesn't have a model number.

With the switch in the on position, I can't seem to get the car to start. Is there a Command Start website with FAQ's or a user manual? I've googled and I can't find anything. Other than the switch, is there another needed step to use the system?

The remote has these buttons:
- Lock
- Unlock
- Lightening Symbol
- "*" symbal

Any help would be really appreciated.

There is not a Command Start website.
Do the lock and unlock buttons work?
If so the usual problem is either on/off switch or the hood pin switch.
If you can get the model number off the back of the unit I can probably get you an install or owners guide:thumbsup:

The ID number shows as a Black Widow Security.
Check out www.blackwidowsecurity.com
Click on transmitters and see if yours is there. You will then be able to find out if your unit has a remote starter, or if it is only a keyless entry, or alarm.
