Wtb - Sr20det

Hey guys, since i have had 0 luck on an l28et, im leaning towards an Sr20det. If i can get a good deal on one with a tranny and ecu, i'll scoop it up for sure. I am totally open to motors needing rebuilding as well.

Well, i figured because its not an uncommon swap in Z's, i could go for it. Plus i like the aftermarket support.
But, of course, i'm not limiting myself to the sr20, if i can find a deal on an Rb25/20, L series, Sr, V series....ect ect, ill take it.
The thing is, the smaller the motor i go with, the more i get scared about not enough torque. Also, one reason i want an SR, is because i have seen a couple around here that need rebuilding, and i'd like to do that rather than pay 2500+ for one thats just been taken out of an old car.

jdm source has an r31 silvertop rb20 for like 800....way more torque than an sr

Maybe i will call them and get some more info, do you know if it comes with a tranny and ecu?
