If it's brand new it's a damn good deal, i just bought a pioneer vsx-815s this year, with tax and warrantee it came up to 500 dollars total, and i love my receiver, the only difference between mine and his is his is 120watts per channel and mine is 100, and his has THX, at the time i was buying they didn't come out with his model yet,
