Would prefer it to be brand spanking new in package, someone may get one as a present and not want it.

i got one...20gig 4th gen
not brand spanking new but its mint condition
still has vinyl cover on screen and backing
hardly used..battery still performs to its maximum
headphones still great

looking for $290 for ipod or with itrip $320

Well I was hoping to save a little bit of cash rather than just going to the store since people have been selling them brand new on this site for the last few months.

the thing with the ones in the store is that they are all refurbished units anyways

so even if you think your buying a new one from a store its not brand new

mines practically brand new...if you want to have a look at it pm me you wont be dissapointed
