Where to get fixed Rust spots and Rock chip on window

Where is a good place to get some rust fix and touched up on my hood and othere parts of my car?

Aswell where can i get a rock chip fixed in my window?

Only real way of getting rust spots out is cutting the metal out and welding a new patch there... Body shops can do that for you...

umm they are just little spots like smaller then a dime
and i want to get scratchs in the pain fixed as well

I was under the understand they would just sand down the spot and repaint it?

Yea, you don't have to cut out rust spots on the hood. Just sand and spray, but you'll have to get the whole thing done.

If its surface rust it can be sanded , if its bad rust it needs to be cut out or it will just spread.
