Going to the Bay Area next week. I have a couple of things on my plate already, such as going to a 49ers game vs the Colts and going on the Napa Valley Wine Train.

Anyone have any other suggestions for things to do there? Just hoping to catch something that is not so well known/off the beaten path.

Goto fishermans wharf. There is an pier there (forget the number but its the one with the hardrock cafe). Anyways theres this group of like 100s of seal lions (maybe less this time of year). They are hilarious I can watch them for hours.

If you are up in NAPA valley you can check out Infineon raceway, there is lots of shops by the track with neat stuff (racers group).

Also check their schedule maybe they have something cool racing that weekend.

Thanks for the replies.

I have been to San Francisco before and done the typical tourist stuff. Just looking for off the beaten path ideas and some of these are great ideas which I will be trying to convince my wife to go to.
