Hey, i got an almost new ipod nano black. i ordered it from apples website a week before its release, so i guess im one of the fourtunate ones that got it before they hit backorder.

Pretty self explanityory sale, black 4gb, still has its protective cover on the front so its sratchless, the back has a few from regular use. NOT ENGRAVED:) These thing sell for $300 new + GST , and I know its hard to find so im going to sell mine for $250
SAVE THE TAX AND THE WAIT!

umm im not sure if it can still be purchased. i have the orignal invoice and it should come with one year manufacturer.

Not sure if the University of Calgary is the same, but the U of A bookstore has these for $279 + tax.

I believe he is talking about the 4gb since the 2gb is $250 regular price.

Only if you're a university or college student or employed by the University of Calgary (or know someone who is any of the above)

Pretty much anyone can use the education discount on the apple website and get it for that price. Which is why I will offer you $260.

I'd like to see you try. I worked for an Apple educational reseller and can tell you that is simply not the case.

By the way, this is not my sale. I just want to make sure people here understand that Apple ed discounts are for students and staff and cannot be used as a measure of the value of an item.

Actually all I heard that you had to do is to put in any old student id in and they dont check it at all, not to try to crap on his thread cuz it is a good deal still because you do not commit fraud and get it right away.

The price is available to any ordinary student who has an ID card. If you have a friend who goes to the school, they could buy it for you. This means the price is available to THOUSANDS of people, so yes this can be used as a measure of the value of the item in question.
