I suggest you give it a watch on Sportsnet (not sure about TSN), because you will see, near the end of the highlight package, Ryan Smyth try to bang it into an open net, only to get stopped by Legace. Yea, I got in with no problems with my D70s, security didn't even bat an eye. I didn't have it in a backpack or anything it was in plain view. I think that the issue is with the length of your lenses.

The Red Mile didn't really take off until the 2nd round last season. I was there for the Vancouver series, and even when we won that, it only took about 20 mins to drive one end to the other, stop and go traffic, with a moderate amount of people on the sidewalks but not much. To think that it would be a gong show tonight was expecting a bit much....
