Got this in return for an RMA'd video card through MemEx but I have replaced the video card in the meantime. Save yourself $20 and the GST!

HPR: Yes, this is a PCI-E video card so it's unlikely that you'll be able to upgrade to this card (I don't think anybody makes a 9200 in PCI-E?)

And I can't speak for it's performance, since I have not opened the package.

No, this is not an AGP card, it's a PCI-E card so it won't work for you.
