10 minutes to downtown
1 minutes to get right onto Bow Trail
Bus stop a few steps away
Green space and playground across the street

$1050 per month not including utilities

bump for a good area and a decent rent price for a duplex. "In Strathcona everyone is nice." - except for the kid that got caught stealing from sick kids.
