most of the DVD sets I've bought I ended up getting at Future Shop or Walmart, the price seemed to be the lowest. Anywhere but HMV.

Superstore has good prices too, depending on the show.

HMV

TV shows sometimes end up in clearance bins for 2 for $40.

bestbuy...they generally run around the same price everywhere with the difference being $5 at the most.

I just usually by the set where it's available. One place may have your show, but another place won't. It's best to get them soon too because christmas time is coming and most dvd sets will be hard to come by.

Superstore is good, Futureshop is good if BestBuy is out of the series (both BB and FS are owned by the same company, but BB is $5-$10 cheaper on dvds... figure that one out o_O)

Costco had the friends DVD's a little bit cheaper last time I was there. Check them out if you have a membership or have friends that do

I think for one tree hill you will end up probably paying around $60.... I found that and the OC one of the most expensive.
I bought Smallville DVD's in Walmart for $52. I saw a Costco ad that they were $39.99 though!! I don't have a costco membership though and haven't had anyone check it out.
