could i install this on my own (i have not prior computer knowledge) or would i have to get someone to do it for me. is it like installing a wireless cared on the comp???

if you have no idea then i woudln't do it yourself without someone who knows what they are doing. All it takes is for one pin to break off the bottom of the chip and its useless. Its very easy, just get someone who knows what they are doing and it would take a couple minutes.
