some guy is trying to trade his car+used 05 cbr600rr for my rsx.
and he claims that the bike is worth $9g.

Well i have no experience with the bike
how much you think i can really get if i were to sell it?

btw, it has under 1k

atleast 9,000.. they got for 12,000 NEW

he could get 9,500 for it..

nobody would pay 9500 for it until spring.

it is worth anywhere between 8500 and 9000 right now.

Ask if its been dropped. People dont take all the decals off unless its a repaint which = droppage

He said it's never been dropped.
And don't think it could be dropped when it has only 410kms.

Oh and how do i confirm that it's 05?

i believe i have seen a record 3kms before a bike was dropped. the odometer reading has nothing to do with whether the bike has been dropped before.

i don't think he would take the decals off and then leave the sticker on the tank for no reason...it looks like ass.

9k for one in mint condition is good.

You do realize you can drop it in the show room. That won't do much damage, but I would still consider it a dropped bike.

Get some clearer pics from him, the blurriness might be hiding some flaws, you never know. See the bike in person, that would be best.

Yes I saw the bike in person and it looked nice.
Just one very thin scratche on the side of the bike

you could also take a close look at the handle bars, brakes, foot pedals and see if the have any scrapes on the ends.

Also, I thought factory fairings had clear coat over the decals? :dunno:
