i sold a parts car today and went to work the guy is going to pick it up tommarow. I tell him it can't be driven cv joint unsafe, no roof. and sterring wheel is loose.

Anyways he calls tonight and hes like i want to pic up the car tommarow...so im like how tow truck what....hes like no im going to drive it to RED DEER. so i tried to convice him not too but wouldn't listen. so i need a good bill of sale

Sold as is part covers that. Its the BUYERS Job to make sure the car was Registerd and Insured in the province. Besides you gotta sign over the Resitration pinkslip as Turbo'dGSR mentioned before.

its just you hear all these horror stories about selling these parts cars for $200 and then the guy kills 10 people cause he was driving it.

just go to the registry and pick up 10 for future use....and IIRC it says as is on it
