Im looking for a system that will sound good at low volumes and with rock and blow the clothes off any one that comes near when turned up. Basically the best combination of SQ and SPL. I have around 2500 to spend on it and I need every thing expect a head unit. In a thread before I limited it to PG and JL but now I want all brands included. So let me know what you recommened

Buy CDT Audio components (will kill Focal speakers and can take 180 RMS, I have a pair, but you can do the research and find out the same thing for yourself). They are about $400 USD. Next, buy Image Dynamics ID MAX sub(s), they take 1000 watts RMS. Just go to elitecaraudio.com or imagedynamicsusa.com if you are skeptical. Then just buy appropriate amps and I bet you will be even under $2500.

if your looking at spending 2500...go for mtx
you can get a pair of dual 10s and a nice amp to run those for around 1800 and get a set of components for the front and rear depending on the car you drive.
you can get the cheaper ones with are 150 but still sound amazing
or you can go for the higher end ones which i think are around 500

You could definetly get a good MTX system for $2500.
The High End Components sound amazing, and you can bi-amp them for more power!

Digital Designs carries a full system line up now.

Depending on what you're looking for would depend if the $2500 budget would stand.

Don't forget about accessories. It can add up quickly. Wiring, terminals, install, box design and building, etc.

2 x DDC6.5 (front & rear) $249 each
1 x DDC4 (4ch asymetical amp) $849
1 x DDC2 (2ch bridge to sub) $599
1 x DD2500 12" DVC 4 ohm $324

That'd set you up with your$2500 budget including accessories, install, etc. and leave you with a killer sounding system.
