I am heading down to my parents house in Scottsdale, Arizona near the end of April. Besides the usual sites, theatre, shopping, casino is there anything anyone can recommend I do? I will have a vehicle, either a rental or my parents may purchase something to leave down there.

Golf...Golf...Golf...Golf... uhhh more Golf. My family takes a golf vacation down there every christmas. There's not too much more to do there.

haha, yeah I forgot to add golf to my list... thats a pretty obvious one though :D

The shopping is GREAT there... don't be afraid to drive a little out of scottsdale though as there is some great shopping in tempe and pheonix as well not to mention the large number of factory outlets in the surrounding areas.

don't they have professional hockey football basketball and baseball... They prob have nascar and shit too.

Man, Tempe and Scottsdale have GREAT shopping!!!

My parents bought a house in Scottsdale about 18months ago, its crazy.

Scottsdale has got to be one of the most fun places I've ever been. The shopping is great. The restaurants are terrific. Bling cars are everywhere. The girls are hot.

The night life is pretty lively in Tempe since it's where the University is. If ound Chandler to be a lot calmer area of town though. I think you'll have a great time there no matter what you find to do.

i goto phoenix quite a bit i got a condo down there, for older people they golf, but scotsdale has some cool outdoor malls, i find their night life is really lame though, maybe catch a coyotes game, theres a nice lake just north of phoenix you could goto its not even an hour away

Yeah, our place is right in Scottsdale too :thumbsup: Sounds like there should be enough to do, my sister had mentioned that when she was out there in August she thought the shopping was great.
