Take over the lease of a bachelor suite downtown Nov 1st or Dec 1st. Lease is up on Jan 31st but can be renewed.

Blocks away from Ctrain, Downtown shopping and Kensington.
Heat and water included, all you pay for is elec, phone, cable and internet. Very clean suite with a MASSIVE balcony.

$560 per month.

Parking is Gated/Secured, but it's $75 per month.

To clarify, this is not a sale. It is a rental property. My gf signed a 1 year contract w/ the management, but we've recently purchased a condo together, so we're looking for someone to take over the remainder of her contract (till jan 31). After that you are able to sign your own contract/lease w/ the management.
