Went and seen it tonight, was fairly good, not too pleased with the ending, but overall it was pretty well done.The Calgary Sun gave it a 4.5/5, I would have to give it a 4.

worst movie ive ever seen in a long time. do not get dragged out to see it no matter what... but at least i didnt pay for it otherwise it wouldve been a history of violence indeed. :banghead:

Interesting everyone I've talked to says the exact opposite. Also got great reviews.

sucked ass imo, after reading all the reviews. Was expecting a great movie and got a subpar one.

I wanted to like this movie but just couldnt get into it as it dragged like crazy. More humorous than dramatic.

I was kinda expecting something like Crash, just a story that just keeps u interested to the end.



lol anyone else wonder how the fuck he got his truck running?! That was like a no more than a half-a-day span between cop stopping by and stairwell porno scene

My take: (Saw it last night)

Other than the porn scenes and the shotgun to the upper torso, I was not a big fan of this movie.

I think how it was advertised compared to what you get was totally off.

Nice kicker towards the end.. although we left probably 30 minutes early.

ya that was quite the rough 69, it looked like they were trying to suffocate each other. and the hardcore stairwell porno? like wtf? a history of violence indeed...

haha not to bring this up from the dead but yah what a stupid movie
it was based off a book and to me it seems like the hour and a half it took to read the book they put that all into this movie so it took an hour and a half to watch. basically the whole story couldve been in a 30 minutes tv show with commercials and it wouldve portrayed the same story line along with everything else this movie had...which was nothing

0.1/5 not even close to what anyone else here rated it as.

hha yah and doom sucked to...the only good part was when the rock says...but im not supposed to die hahaha
