Burn the image file with nero..

get daemon tools and mount it as an image then open using media player or power dvd
or get vcdgear and convert it from a bin file to mpeg or avi
vcdhelp.com will help you out if you have any other questions

You should have a .cue file with it as well. It's an information file about the .bin file and you need it when you want to burn the CD-image onto a CD. Nero (http://www.nero.com) can burn .bin files.
If you want you can also choose to download Daemon Tools (http://tinyurl.com/byc24) to act as a virtual CD drive and "mount" the bin/cue file.
EDIT: Damn, two people beat me to it. :P

VLC client u can just watch the bin file without burning or converting:thumbsup:
Man, just burn it on to a DVD with nero. Costs like $.75 and you can take it and watch it on a DVD player.

Im also having troubles with bin files. I just downloaded one but it is a program, not a video. I also downloaded vcdgear and already had VLC client, none of this is working.
I burned it to CD if that matters, maybe i just dont know how to use this thing.
Any help?

When using VCDGear do you change the setting to
cue/bin -> mpeg?

What about for Game ISO? Everything installed but I get the "Put cd in drive" error. What do I have to burn to disc?

Just go get ISOBUSTER
Works great for all those files, video or programs, doesn't matter!
