Taking out money from paypal account

hey, im in the middle of a sale right now and im using my buddy's paypal to receive payment, but he's never taken money out from his paypal, he's always just saved it in there to use for his ebay purchases, so i was wondering if anyone out there has the instruction on how to take money out of your paypal account?

The only way i've done is to get it linked to a bank account.
