Yard House in Kensington has Wi-Fi. We used to "work" on assignments and drink beer there last semester.

best place ever!

Dixon's in Midnapore has WiFi as well. I would think that Limericks, KilKenny and the other one they own would have it too.

Yea..... most of those places require you to pay. Any good FREE wi-fi places? It sucks if you need to work on an assignment and you're there for 4-5 hours.

Last time I was at melrose they had signs up promoting their new wi-fi service. I am not sure if it is free or not, sorry.

so what...would you guys actually go into melrose with your laptops and order a beer and get your shit done?
or would you guys just hang outside around these places and pick up their signals?
whats the purpose of this? solely to get free internet?

and why do these places offer it? such as, joeys, earls, melrose, those places are mostly just to dine n shit.

I'm more interested in cafes where they don't mind if you are there for a while. Looking for a quiet place that serves food and drink also. Melrose, Joeys, and Earls are not really what I am looking for, but I just chose this thread to bump since it was the onlly one that came up in search.
