Your question is quite vague, but I know enough to say there is no "Ultimate Fighter Workout", just as there is no "NHL Hockey Player Workout" or "NFL Football Player Workout".

The basics are the same, and the fine-points are just tweaked for the sport.

They all do cardiovascular training, strength training, and healthy dieting, just in differing amounts depending on their current body type and their fitness goals. That provides the basic healthy training needs, and with talent, and fine-tuning they develop muscle memory for their specific sport.

Ultimate Fighters workout like any other fitness guru, and then encorporate their mixed martial arts backgrounds into their fitness regime. The weight classes they want to fight in dictates some of their goals, which can be altered by things such as reps and diet.

The best thing to do if you want to be an Ultimate Fighter is to first start working out and getting healthier, then becoming a member at any martial arts gym of your choice and mastering that.

Everyone stop messaging scott.

He isnt on the juice. I was just joking.

I like bugging him because through his dedication to the gym he has bulked up a little and is a lot tougher then say a few months ago.

He isnt on roids. leave him alone. hahahah.

He does like little boys though. hahaha :nut:
