Brand new house! 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, huge bonus room with fireplace, large on-suite in master bedroom. Tile thougout the house as well as granite counter tops. Double front garage. This is my house that just got finished being built but I cannot move into it for at least 8-12 months. Looking for someone responsible to rent in the time being. Rent is $1325.
