Parking the Car

So im parking my car pretty soon and im wondering what you others do in the winter to your cars when you park them, i have heard about putting up on jacks so the tires dont fuck up, putting a car cover on and starting the car once a week also just to keep it all sound in the engine department.

Also on another note its getting pretty close to changing my oil, is it necessarray to change it for the winter when im not going to drive it at all
