Need some help installing this amp

Hello, I Have A 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS-T, i installed everything and the only thing i can think of is that the remote wire is hooked up wronge, were is the remote wire soppose to be hooked up to? my amp turns on but always stays on the red (protect) button witch my woofers wont go on, plz help me thx peace

Go over all the wiring again. And, this is in the wrong section btw.

The remote wire should be hooked to the blue wire coming out of your stereo.

ha this one time i rushed putting in my system and pluged the remote to the power antena... the subs would only work when the radio was on... took me forever to figure it out..... haha

If its always on but in protect mode, then most likely the subs are wired wrong, or there is something wrong with the amp/subs.

solid light blue is the remote.... blue with a white stripe is antenna...
