i have an 88 ford bronco xlt 180k power windows locks seats that fill up with air v6 2.9l runs great trannys slips alittle but lots of life left has a brush guard and a hitch also

1996 Chevy Blazer LS, 2 door, 4x4, no rust, high mileage (300ish highway), $3500. Higher than your budget but I thought i'd throw it out, sure beats buying a 20 year old truck.
