I GOT A TICKET.
YAH i KNOW BOOHOO BUT i WANT TO FIGHT IT BECAUSE I GOT 9 OTHERS AND I DONT NEED THE DAMARETS.
ANY WAYS SOME COP SAW ME DRIVING AND PULLED ME OVER HE TOLED ME HE FELT I WAS SPEEDING.I ASKED HIM IF HE HAD A LASER OR NOT HE SAID NO AND GAVE ME A TICKET FOR GOING 70 IN A 50 ZONE.I WANT TO FIGHT IT ANY IDEAS.

WHATS THE DEAL WITH DAMARETS IM 17 HOW MANY UNTIL I LOOSE MY SHIT

On the ticket, what does it say iin the area where they check off how they recorded your speed?

Check your licence if it says probationary in the top right corner then you only have 7 demerits to loose before they take it away. I'm pretty sure after 2 years of driving the "probationary" goes away and then you have 14 demerits to loose.

I would definately fight it. Give points a call and ask them what you should do. it cost's little money to talk to them but it's worth it.:thumbsup:

Probationary has 9 demerits.

After that, it's 14 or 15, I think.

How the hell can you have 9 tickets when you are 17?

9 Tickets at 17? Dude...not sure you're the kind of person I'd want on the street.

Anyways...just get a lawyer.

well i only have 5 speeding 1 stop sign 2 parking 2 lights oh yah and 1 dubble solid line.
on the ticket it says i was going 70 and then it says in() no radar

i'd say fight it, its his word against yours if there is no phisical proof.
Find some way to discredit his estimate of your speed and your off scott free. I've seen people beat it last time i was in traffic court. Beat my last 2 tickets

You're better off not driving at all!
