Looking for a room mate because one just left. There is me and another living here, I'm 20 other is 21, the other guy works on the rigs, so he's gone for 2 weeks at a time, looking for a mature roomate male or female.



Town house located just off Elbow and Anderson, very close to southcenter mall and C-train Station. 3 lvls basement is occupied by the other roomate, 2 bedrooms and full bath upstairs, half bath downstairs, living room and kitchen are a fair size. Utils works roughly about 50 bucks or soo.....rent all together is usually around 300 including utils, Thats Cable, Highspeed, Elec, heat and water.
