I was looking at selling this place but now I am looking to rent out. I have renovated the entire place and I am looking for good people to take care of it. 1100 sq ft, 3 bedroom(2 bedreooms in basement not completely finished but can be with a bit of work), 1.5 bath. The bedrooms are a really good size. As for the renos go, brand new carpet and paint throughout the house, new laminate on kitchen counter tops and new lino in bathrooms and kitchen. You really need to see this place to appreciate it. There is parking in front and dedicated parking in the back alley. I am asking for $875/month for this place wich is a deal cause I did have this place rented for $900 before I did all of the renos and I have put around $5K into the place to make it look great.
