Milano mesh rims

I need some info about this rims that I got from my friend
he said it's from nissan 22sx<--maybe he was wrong coz I can't find nissan with 22sx type
the rims brand is milano mesh ( I google it but no info)
I need to know what kind of rims is this, aluminum, silver or alloy and what kind of car it will fit in.
