Hey guys...

Ok so I remember initially hating this song, but i suddenly have the urge to listen to it again


The music itself is reminiscent of that "drop it like its hot song" with snoop

The music video has this black guy, with a cigar in his mouth wearing a nice suit, and it has a bunch of chicks working out in it...like doing the bench press, curling etc...i also remeber a lot of orange in the video..(worst discription evar!lol)


Anyone know what song this is?

well what triggered my urge was the song "hit the floor" by twista ft. pit bull... i thought they were the same song, but i guess not....the twista one actually sounds descent..

lol, it was either that one or Kanye West's Workout plan, hit the floors a pretty tight song, heartbeat from that cd is crazy though:thumbsup:
