well, my fathers thunderbird was parked in the back alley with no plates or insurance. he does not want the car anymore.

the city towed it the day before yesterday. it needs a new starter to run and some shocks, and then its good to go. pretty peppy v6 and has cloth/leather seats and full power options.

its a dark blackish blue paint that requires a bit of resurfacing on the back 1/4 panels.

The car has maybe 230k? im not sure i could be off, but it runs very good in the winter! has good tires on it too.

He will give you the car, if you pay for the towing and impound fees.....he will sign the registration over to you for a dollar lol....

if nobody wants the car, its going to go to city auction.

right now youre looking about 200-300 dollars to get the car out of impound......my old man doesnt need this car anymore, weve got 5 sitting in and around the house and a couple motorbikes and a scooter, dont need more cars!

if anybody is interested let me know.

SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY, we will NOT drive across town to get this done for someone who doesnt want a good car for a cheap price! the only thing needed to run is a starter! $15 from pick your part and 20-30 mins to swap the new starter in!! then youre set to drive it away.

PM me for phone number, and if you are seriously interested, and have cash, we will take you down to get it out of impound and sell to you for a buck.

is it the v-6 turbo?

The Thunderbird SC has a V6 (I think V formation, anyway) supercharged engine, hence the SC. The turbo engine came in earlier (previous gen) tbirds, and was an inline 4 cylinder 2.3L.

This is just a regular v6. No turbo.

But hell, you cant go wrong for ~300 dollars.

No pics, but you will need to do some bondo work on the rear 1/4 panels. My dad tried but it didn't turnout. It's not that big of an eyesore, but it should be done properly....again, 200-300 dollars, what do you expect? a ferrari???

Clean Title. Gas milage is good for a v6. It's an automatic. It looks like it had a crash with the back two rear 1/4 panels but some bondo/metal wor kwill smooth it out.

it will cost $145 to get it out of impound plus towing fees, unless you can get the car to start by banging the starter.
