I can give you some ideas, I take a safeway bag full of lunch to work everyday.

- since I work in a bread factory, I take peanut butter
- tacos, made the night before, just throw it all in those divided ziploc containers and warm up the beef
- frozen dinners (there are tons of good ones now)
- ceasar salad in a plastic container
- put cereal in a plastic container, and fill an empty bottle with milk
- bits n bites, swiss cheese crackers, cookies for a snack
- spaggheti with chicken breasts, meat sauce, and clams, usually after making two meals the night before
- apples, oranges, bananas
- uchiban noodles, just take a container with you pour water in it and microwave it

I've pretty much found ways to take pretty much anything to work and to eat it quick. I get four 15 minute breaks in a 10 hour shift so it needs to be quick and filling.

my company gets catered.. I'm too lazy to make lunch in the morning and I always finish all my dinner..

if I don't feel like having catered food I just go to Southcenter and get some Mall Food (Usually Subway).

If I have time I will make a quick salad in the morning on my way out. Otherwise, I just take money and grab a soup or something light. I don't eat leftovers :)

At work used to take a sandwich, crisps, chocolate bar, and a can of coke.
Now I'm back at uni, I'm buying the special subway deals that are on everyday.

God, I loved the days where didn't have to make my own lunch!!

I realized awhile ago how fucking expensive eating out everyday was... Since then, I have started packing lunches..

Typical Lunch consists of:

-1 1/2 Sandwiches (Some type of Deli Meat, it varies)
-Banana
-Snak Pak!!!!!
-Granola Bar
-Fruit Cup
-Can/Bottle of Various Pop.

Fridays are the only day I allow myself to buy lunch, because the rest of the office does and it's just torture if I don't..

Lots of fruit and a sandwich. Seems like you can never really get sick of fruit. I used to take a couple sandwiches and fruit. Now i take more fruit and one sandwich.

Changing it up is key, and look at the money you save not only that you are probably eating healthier.

The days of cold 'boyardee are over.. I didn't used to mind it, but now when I find the "chunks" especially when cold, right out of the can...well....*shudder*... I'm into makin' sanwhiches again, whole wheat, with real meat freshly sliced from the deli.. throw some real cheese on there.. good stuff...

This summer I just took a loaf of bread to work each day and left my peanut butter and honey there. I hated it by the end of the summer but it was way easier than making sandwiches before work.

I used to work right next to an IGA, so I would run there buy a couple buns, a couple slices of bologna a piece of fruit and a bottle of water. It would be less then $5 and it would fill me up.

I like the staple of bread and meat. I'll bring a few buns or a loaf of bread and pack the meat seperatly. I dont like pre-prepared sandwiches.

Wednesday is taco day at work. I've got it as high as 28 soft and 24 hard for the order.

You can actually buy the sauce in powder form and just add water. Spice section at any grocery store.
