used to do collections, yes you can get sent into it for debts under $100. You may or may not be subject to having it listed on your credit. Depending on what type of debt/vendor the debt was for, you may not have to worry about it. What is it for?

some old bill from 2.5 years ago i didnt know i owed to some snap on tools guy.

guess i'll give him a call back and arrange payment

well that being said, you didn't know about it which sucks...I would just pay for it and have the agency/collector issue you a "letter of release" from the debt, showing it has been paid in full and that notification to your credit was corrected if need be...stupid bills...
