yeah, i saw that episode last season. the plastic pieces were literally falling apart on the car even though that trail isn't hard at all.

i don't like what they did to the disco3. but i hope PAG/LR makes loads of money so they can bring the defender back again.

Absolutely. I would love to get a nice 110 country wagon with a TD5 in it. When I sit in the new LR3, I don't get the same sense of 'heading off on safari' that I get when I get into my disco.

That and I can't get the diesel/manual drivetrain. I am hoping to convert my LR over to a 300tdi diesel one of these days. Too bad the conversion is so freakin' expensive...

Its such a great offroader, even without all the technowizrdry of the new one.
