I love painting. It's just getting the time that I have a problem with.

Definately paint yourself, if you don't know how go to Home Depot and ask, they'll tell you eveything you need to know.

I could paint my whole condo for $100 (750sq/ft), when your use to spending money on your car thats pretty damn cheap

Are you talking about inside or outside? Both are easy - but I'd rather let someone else do the outside. I'd rather not have to climb up and down scaffolding and ladders...

Generally we contract out our painting. Sometimes if its a small and relatively easy to paint room we will do it.

My own, way cheaper and if you know how to paint, just as good as the pros.

Time to go to home depot to learn the trick of the trade
Damn, I hope I dont spill it all over the carpet.

I see on Amazon lots of these sprayers like "Wagner Power Products 0515000 Paint Crew Paint Sprayer" and "Campbell Hausfeld EZ5000 House Painter". Do you guys use these sprayers or hand held rollers. Are there rental places in Calgary which rent high quality paint sprayers. I know these amazon products are not too expensive, but damn, who wants to buy/collect everything. ---

Ok, :bigpimp: pls post yr expertise on how to learn this paint job.

I agree, there is definitely a difference between a professional and a DIY job, but it's easy enough to do a decent job yourself.
I can help if you have questions.

Go to a paint store eg. General Paint, Cloverdale, etc. for supplies, you'll get better paint and better advice.

Do it yourself, you'll save money, appreciate your hard work, and learn something in the process.
