Can we see a picture of your car? (like, is it a very cool car, or is it a riced out car, or are you famous?)

My buddy once told me a story of when he was going home from my house and walking around in Hawkwood. This blue GMC 1500 pulled up beside him and the window rolled down. The passenger put something out the window in his direction. My friend just stopped and stared like a deer (tard) in the headlights. It turned out to be a camera. The passenger took his picture then they sped off.

This guy followed me once taking pictures. At the next light I got out and asked for the camera.

I wasn't trheatening or whatever, I just politely asked that he NOT do it again.

You cannot take action against someone. You cannot sue unless you can prove that you somehow lost something because of his actions. You cannot pursue any type of action at all.

If you could take legal action against someone who's taken your cars photo..then the people who take those "spotted" pics would have lawsuits coming out of their asses.

and what do you want to sue for anyways? what's your basis hahaha.."some random took a photo of my old car and it's an invasion of privacy?"

You're starting to sound a bit opportunistic.

According to the law of photography. As long as the piocture takes did not have anything reconizable featurs of you, yourself, you cannot do anything. Even then it is hard to get anything out of going to court other than lots of money waisted

That's just stupid. As long as he's on public property he can take all the pictures of you he wants. Of course, you can always moon him.
