Hi Nice People: :D

Can you recommend me some good local movers in Calgary. This is for moving household stuff from an apartment to a house. I hunted down forums, and fetched this list out. You further suggestions will be helpful.

1. A-Affordable Dave's Moving - ok price
2. "Get a Move On" - some recommeded, but prices are v high
3. Home Suite Home Moving & Storage Ltd - some recommeded, but prices are v high
4. ace movers - - some recommeded, but prices are v high
5. Ralph's Moving - ok price

If you can recommend any of the above or know some movers which charge reasonably, please post. These expensive movers charge $125 to 130/hr/ for 2 or 3 people.

Thanks :)

I moved using Allied movers (http://www.allied.com) - I don't have anything to compare the move with. There was fair bit of attention. Everyone was friendly. I got all of my stuff, nothing was broken and the move was near the delivery date.

I've used Two Amigos twice now in the past 5 years and they were very good.

We used Republic San Diego movers (http://www.republicvanlines.com/) - We knew the move out of state would be a huge undertaking. However, Terry, our driver, made sure the crew delivered our household goods without a hitch.
