guitar help needed: strings height adjustmnt

broke another string on my les paul, so i put a new one in and now it rests on the first fret, not allowing me to play an open note.

any quick fixes i can do or send it to a tech?

If you took all the strings off at once the neck probable bowed. I would take it to a tech, they can adjust the rod in the neck.

Sounds like your neck/fretboard is out of alignment - You can adjust it yourself, but only if you know what you're doing. I would recommend taking it to a guitar shop.
