is anyone with a TELUS service provider having trouble with their cellular phone service?

my network won't tell me when i have voicemail messages anymore!! i missed 12..yes 12!!! voice messages because it doesn't tell me about them!

and no, its not my phone. this is the 3rd phone i tried it on

my coach is having the EXACT same problem.
I left him 4 msgs the other day and he didnt recieve one.
this has been an on going problem too

I had that same problem with Telus...
Then I switched to Rogers... Amazingly I have only had 1 problem since... :D

hmm

i was thinking of switching to rogers too

BUT i don't want to have to pay to cancel with telus and then pay again to switch to rogers

plus ijust got a new phone

I'm on Fido and I have had voicemail troubles for a year and a half now. I've switched several phones as well, it's definitely the network. Usually I get my messages the next day or even later.

i NEVER get notice of my voicemails anymore.

i always have to phone my own number and check if i have messages..which is a pain in the ass and it wastes minutes too!

No problems here. I'm on an old ClearNet plan though.

I'm w/ telus and I still get notification of my voicemails.
