I want to start working out during my lunch break at work; as I'm usually really burnt out when I get home from work. I work in the foothills industrial park, and would like something that's not too far away. Anyone know any gyms in that area?

Closest one I can think of is on MacLeod Trail and 42nd Avenue or so.

Dynamic Health....right near the foothills industrial... glenmore trail and ogden road, in the Glenmore inn strip mall.

It's not a gym...it's more like a dungeon.

I heard it was really bad before it was bought up by WHC. but WHC spent alot of money on the place when they first moved in.

Still, I'm not crazy about the area that the freeweights are in, there's no windows because of the mezanean above it.

Isn't there a gym close to the Road King/wendy's/Dennys near 51AVE, barlow, peigan trail ?
