Across the street from me.. havent been inside, but looks decent from outside. One thing to keep in mind is that when I bought my condo in June, there was only one development in this area that sold for over 200k without underground parking.. (Two bedroom)
Parking is a bitch some nights down here (For visitors of course, Im underground!)
