will this stuff really improve my milage? i'm desperate to get more miles for the gallon since prices r 3 cents away from 2 dollars USD a gallon...

is there anything i can do to improve gas milage? the 5 series is a drinking machine..

Header, maybe a less restrictive exhaust?

General consensus on the Fuel Injector cleaners is they are a waste of money.
