Anyone here know if there is a way to remove minor scratches on the front and back?

Also what should i use to clean the nano with? Just wipe it with water using the clothes that is used to wipe eye glasses?

I read somewhere to take it to a jewelers to get the screen scratches out, I probubly wouldnt do this unless the scratches were unbearable. I just got my girlfriend one for her birthday and she got the tubes for it which look pretty sweet.

To clean it and junk, I would go to future shop or something and buy monitor cleaner and cloth combo. I have one and it worked wonders.

that was on the radio. but good use of relaying the information, nonetheless.

toothpaste is a pretty common method to eliminate scratches, so it may not be just a case of relaying information

I would like to know that as well. Also does it matter which brand of toothpaste?

I heard dipping it in a glass of listerene worked the best!

LOLOLOL

toothpaste is like woodfiller, thats why, it gets into the little crevise and works as a filler im assuming, why would it matter what brand.. dont be a weirdo.. toothpaste is toothpaste

dont ask what flavour of listerene to use because its not true

no, toothpaste isn't like a woodfiller, it's an abrasive, like furniture or car polish. you can also use it to fix scratched CDs.

doesn't matter what kind you use.

So i just rub the toothpaste with hand onto the front of ipod? Then do i use a wetted cloth to wipe it off?

toothpaste is basically like a 4000 grit sandpaper.

i just got an ipod video, and its already scratched to hell, but who cares...as long as it still plays music, and the scratches aren't visbible when i'm playing videos.......

what i do to prevent scratches on the front side, is to use my oakley case to wipe it down when cleaning it, microfiber is the best for these types of surfaces.
