Command Start CS290i and CS310i

Hello all: a few questions:

(1) does anyone know the difference in these models

(2) does anyone have an install / programming / owners guide for the CS290i and CS310i? These boxes look identical, so perhaps the same manual applies?

(3) how does one train the remote to the CS module

Oh, outstanding! I have rec'd the manuals and the info for the 2400/2500.

For others: my sister's van has the older Command Start 2400/2500 series. The van will do the cold weather start thing every now and then, so:

For the autostarting problem with the 2400. There is a sensor under the hood that was a problem with command start. You can disconnect that sensor (cut the wire). It should be tied to a heater hose or radiator hose.
Also to turn off cold temp start:
1 = Push button I
2 = Push button II before it starts
3 = Push both buttons until the lights flash. 3 = on and 4 = off
