No. This is a kit that uses s15 headlights. I'm not selling my s15 headlights though because I'm still retaining the front end on my car with OEM parts. So to reiterate, s14 headlights will not be used in this conversion, you will need the s15 headlights. Pictures of the conversion on my car can be seen here:

All I have left is the front bumper. And if you're doing the conversion, then yes it will fit onto the s13 (89-93 240sx).
