The genre doesn't really matter as long as it can get the subs pounding. Anyone got some suggestions?

It seems like anyone who is trying to show off their system but might be even the least bit insecure about it will automatically throw on "Intergallactic" by The Beastie Boys.

If you want something to make your subs pound and you don't care about the music, I could maybe make you a short track with some seriously low basslines, lower than you would find in alot of tunes, wouldn't have much else in the tune, but would have some SERIOUS bass frequency.

Try some Brookyln Bounce (trance). My friend used to pound that in his car when he got subs.
Go download a bass tester from kazaa or something.

If you want to test your sustained low-frequencies instead of the punchy stuff, try this one:
Hunter - Bjork
oohoo I forgot about Ride Spinners by the 3 6 Mafia. That song is a good workout for your subs, its got kicks happening with overlaying long bass notes... fast paced, nice tune to really show what you sub can do

You want uberbass? Look for the old school track "Drift into Infinity" by 303 Infinity (not any of the remixes, look for the ORIGINAL). This track has so much bass that when my buddy put it on his sytem in his car... it was shaking rust off the car BESIDE it

Here's what you need. http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B000001LR6/qid=1132176500/sr=8-1/ref=pd_bbs_1/104-4600193-8528726?v=glance&s=music&n=507846
Their stuff used to come with warnings about breaking your equipment by using frequencies as low as 5Hz. Maybe it still does!
Intergalatic is a good one, if you have a ported sub box with a good tuning like 29-32Hz... in a prefab sub box, it is somewhat less then impressive since they are tuned much higher. You want a good one, get Who Run It by the 3 6 Mafia... test tones all over the place!
